To view your cashback balance in the app:
- Sign in to the app.
- Tap the button with three stars at the top left corner of the screen.
To view your cashback balance online:
- Sign in to your Neo account at member.neofinancial.com.
- Select the button with three stars at the top right corner of the screen (next to ‘Rewards Balance’).
By selecting Details, you will see the following:
- Available cashback balance
- Pending balance
- Total balance
- Total lifetime cashback earned
