Rush delivery of the Neo Mastercard, Neo Money card, JA Money card, and the Hudson's Bay Mastercard is currently not available due to the strike action at DHL Express Canada. We're working with our shipping partners to resume rush shipping of these cards as soon as possible.
Rush deliveries of some cards may be delayed due to strike action at DHL Express Canada. The following cards may be delayed by a few days if they are being shipped with rush delivery:
- Neo Mastercard
- Neo Money card
- JA Money card
- Hudson's Bay Mastercard
Rush deliveries of Neo World Elite® Mastercards and Neo World Mastercards® are not impacted.
Labour dispute at DHL Express Canada
An ongoing labour dispute between DHL Express Canada and a union representing some of their delivery employees has led to strike action beginning on Sunday, June 8. DHL Express Canada has rolled out a contingency plan that allows it to remain operating and serving it's Canadian customers.
Even with the contingency plan, rush deliveries may take an extra few days.
If you are expecting a rush delivery of a Neo Mastercard, Neo Money card, JA Money card or Hudson's Bay Mastercard, you can still view your virtual card for online purchases or add your card to your mobile wallet to make purchases using tap.
