Received a replacement notification
Your replacement card will be shipped soon. Just sit tight and relax! You’ll receive it in the mail within 15 business days.
When your replacement card arrives in the mail, you’ll need to activate it to start using it.
Card didn't arrive?
If you didn’t get a notification or receive your replacement card in the mail within 15 business days after it expired, follow the instructions to order your replacement card now.
How to request a replacement card
- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Go to the Home tab, scroll down, and select your card
- Select the More icon, then tap Request new card
- Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
- Select Cards from the side menu
- Scroll down, and click on Request new card
Your card number, expiry date, and CVC will be changed when you request a replacement card.
After you request a replacement card
The previous card will no longer be active after you request a replacement card. You can start using your virtual card right away to make online or in-store purchases.
Update your saved payment information
You can view your new virtual card information right after you request a replacement card.
Add your virtual card to your mobile wallet
After you request a replacement card, your virtual card will be available instantly. Start earning rewards right away without waiting for your physical card to arrive in the mail.
