You can gain access to your account by logging in online or on the Neo app.

How to log in to your Neo account

Neo app

  1. Download the Neo app from Google Play or the Apple App store
  2. Open the Neo app on your mobile device
  3. Enter your email and the password you created for your account 
  4. Click on Sign In

If you haven’t logged in to your Neo account on that device before, you may be asked to enter a verification code that was sent to your email.

  1. Go to member.neofinancial.com
  2. Enter your email and the password you created for your account 
  3. Click on Sign In

Common issues when logging in

Verification code

When you log in on a new device, you may be asked for a verification code. You'll receive a text message with the 6-digit verification code.

If you select Always Trust this Device, you won’t have to enter a verification code the next time you login on that device.

If you don’t remember the primary email associated with your Neo account, contact us.

Don’t remember your password?

You can reset or create your password by clicking on Need a password? You’ll receive an email with the next steps to create or update your password.

Creating a password after applying for the Hudson’s Bay Mastercard®

If you’ve completed an application at a Hudson’s Bay location, you’ll have to create a password before you can log in to your account. 

Click on Need a password? and follow the instructions in your email.
