How to add a bill payee
Bill payments are generally used to send larger sums of money, and it takes a few days for the transaction to process. Interac e-Transfer® is used for transferring amounts quickly that are less than $3,000 per transaction.
Neo app
- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Tap Payments, then select Manage Payees
- Tap See all, then Bills
- Tap Add a bill, then Search for organizations
- Enter the Account number
- Tap Save

- Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
- Click on Payments, then select Manage Payee
- Click on Add an organization, then Search for organizations
- Enter the Account number
- Select Save
How to remove a bill

- Tap Payments, then select Manage Payees
- Tap See all, then Bills
- Tap the bill, then tap the three dots icon
- Tap Delete, then confirm Delete

- Click on the bill, then click on the three dots icon
- Select Delete, then confirm Delete
How to add a contact for Interac e-Transfer®
Neo app
- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Tap Payments, then select Transfers
- Tap See all, then Contacts
- Tap + Add a contact, select create, or import from phone
- Enter the contact’s name, and email or phone number, then select Save

- Click on Payments, then select Manage Payee
- Click on + Add a contact
- Enter the contact’s name, and email or phone number, then select Save
