Verification codes help maintain the security of your account by ensuring you’re the one logging in. You’ll receive a text message to your cell phone with a verification code.

Never share your verification code with anyone. The Neo team will never ask you for a verification code.

How to use verification codes 

Neo app

  1. Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
  2. A verification code is sent as a text to your phone number
  3. Enter the code you received
  4. Select Always trust if you want to avoid entering your code in the future, or select Trust once if you want to enter your code when you log in 

Web

  1. Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
  2. A verification code is sent as a text to your phone number
  3. Enter the code you received
  4. Select Always trust if you want to avoid entering your code in the future, or select Trust once if you want to enter your code when you log in 

If you didn’t receive a code, select Didn’t receive a code?

Whenever you log in with a new or untrusted device, a new verification code will be sent to you.

Didn't receive the verification code?

There's a way to troubleshoot the issue if you're having difficulty receiving a verification code.

If you have a landline number associated with your Neo account, you won't get the verification code through text message. Instead, the code will come as an automated voice message on the landline. If this doesn't work, you should update your mobile number on your Neo account.
