International transfers with Neo Money accounts

Currently, Neo Money™ accounts (including the Neo Everday and Neo High-Interest Savings accounts) don’t support international transfers. You can use your Neo Money™ card to pay for international transfers using third-party services (such as Wise, Western Union, or Ria Money Transfer).

The Neo Money™ account and the Neo High-Interest Savings account don’t have an IBAN (International Bank Account Number), BIC (Bank Identifier Code) or SWIFT code. View your Neo Money™ account details (account, institution, and transit number) on the Neo app or website.

Can you send money abroad with your Neo Money™ account?

You can’t send money abroad (international transfers) with your Neo Money™ account, including the Neo High-Interest Savings account.

Use your Neo Money™ card to pay for international transfers with Wise, Remitly, Western Union, or Ria Money Transfer.

Can you receive money from abroad into your Neo Money™ account?

You can’t receive money from abroad (international transfers) into your Neo Money™ account, including the Neo High-Interest Savings account. If you have an external bank in Canada, use it to receive money from abroad. Link a bank to Neo and move money from an external bank to Neo Everyday account or Neo High-Interest Savings account.
