Neo Everyday account transfer limits
Your Neo Everyday account has transfer limits for the Interac e-Transfer® requests, electronic fund transfers (EFTs) and bill payments.
Interac e-Transfer® limits
- Transaction maximum: $3,000
- Daily maximum: $10,000
- Weekly maximum: $10,000
- Monthly maximum: $20,000
Electronic fund transfer limits
- Maximum outbound transaction to an external bank: $30,000
- Maximum inbound transaction from an external bank: $100,000
Bill payment limits
- Maximum payment: $25,000

Your Neo High-Interest Savings account has the transfer limits for electronic funds transfers (EFTs).
Electronic fund transfer limits
- Maximum outbound transaction to an external bank: $30,000
- Maximum inbound transaction from an external bank: $100,000
FAQs
Can I request to increase or change my transfer limits?
No, transfer limits can't be adjusted upon request. If you’ve reached your transfer limit, you’ll need to wait for the limit to reset before making another transfer.
When do my transfer limits reset?
Your transfer limits will be reset based on the last transaction that exceeded your limit. Here’s how it works:
- Daily limit: If you exceed your daily limit at 2:30 pm, your daily limit will reset after 24 hours at 2:30 pm the next day
- Weekly limit: If you exceed your weekly limit on a Tuesday at 10:00 am, your weekly limit will reset at 10:00 am the following Tuesday
- Monthly limit: If you exceed your monthly limit on the 15th day of the month at 2:00 pm, your monthly limit will reset at 2:00 pm on the 15th of the following month
