You can access your money account statements, which include bill payments, transfers, interest payments, and transactions made with your Money card, through the Neo app or website
How to view your Money statements
Neo app
- Log in to the Neo app on your mobile device
- Go to the Accounts tab, swipe to view Money, and choose an account
- Select the More icon, tap View statements
- Select a month to open a statement

- Go to member.neofinancial.com and log in to your account
- Select Money from the side menu and choose an account
- Scroll down and select the Statements tab
- Select a month to open a statement
If you want paper versions of your Money account statements, you can download and print the statements.

About Money account statements and transactions
Monthly statements
Your monthly statement will reflect your deposits, withdrawals, bill payments, and interest accrued for that month.
T5 slips are sent out once a year and are issued if you earned more than $50 in interest. Find your T5 slips in your Money account.
Types of transactions
- Transfers: Electronic fund transfers allow you to deposit funds directly to an account.
- Interac e-Transfers®: A quick and easy way to send and receive money using contact information.
- Bill payments: Pay your bills digitally by adding a payee.
- Deposits: Funds added to your account.
- Withdrawals: funds being removed from your account.
- Interest: You’ll automatically be paid interest on your funds every month.
- Neo Money™️ card transactions: All card transactions, including purchases, and refunds.
If you notice an unauthorized transaction on your account, contact us.
Transaction fees
There are no transaction fees applicable to the Neo Money™ card, other than a 2.50% foreign exchange conversion fee. With unlimited everyday transactions, you can send and receive money, pay your bills, and deposit your paycheques.
